Our firm continues to actively monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We assure you we are working diligently to ensure business continuity while prioritizing the safety and health of our staff, clients, and families.

We have implemented our business continuity plan for remote work environments. On location, our staff will be practicing social distancing, and we ask our clients to exercise social distancing should the need to visit our office occur. We ask that visits be limited to only dropping off information. Additionally, our Kingston location has a back door drop box. We highly encourage use of our secure web portal to upload information to us. The IRS has extended the payment due date for 2019 Income Tax Returns to July 15, 2020. However, the IRS is encouraging taxpayers to file by April 15th unless you want to obtain an extension. Additionally, the IRS has approved payment deferral of the 2020 first quarter estimated tax payment (normally due April 15th) to July 15, 2020 as well. We will be sharing more information regarding the IRS announcement at a later time. We will also be updating our website for you as soon as we can. Lastly, please find below the name, email and direct dial phone number of each member of our team should you have specific questions. Please feel free to call us as well with questions. As of right now, we will be working on a tax season schedule with the only change being the Nashville office is working remotely.
